Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Retail Products
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Online Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a store credit.

Services
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, but if you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you with a follow-up appointment or solution.

Gift Cards & Packages
All gift cards, memberships, and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How to Start a Return
Email us at su*****@***********pa.com with:
• Your name
• Order number or receipt
• Reason for the return
• Photos, if applicable

Once approved, returns can be mailed back or brought to our location.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise stated. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any product purchase.
